If you really want to eat like in El Gaucho you must go to Argentina where meals like

I had the pleasure of “discovering” El Gauchos on my honeymoon. It was
June of 1999, my wife and I asked the concierge at the Hyatt to recommend a
restaurant where we could get a steak. Without hesitation we were directed to this
fine establishment. I have never enjoyed a meal so much!! In fact my wife and
I enjoyed it so much that we changed the plans for our last night on the island to return
for another wonderful dinner. I am happy to report that the second experience was as
wonderful as the first. I have not recommended this restaurant to friends going to
Aruba, I have commanded them to go to the one the only, El Gauchos!!!!

we have been to Aruba 8 times in the past 6 years and every time we go we always make
plans to go to ElGaucho’s it’s the best place on teh Island to eat and ejoy your dinner,we

We ate at your restaurant on the last day of our stay in Aruba – BIG mistake. Of
course there was too much food to eat in one sitting and we had no way to package it for
flying back to the US. Next time we’ll reserve earlier. Any chance you’ll open
a No Smoking section?

Been coming to Aruba for over 20 years and never miss an opportunity to dine at your
fabulous restaurant. Looking forward to being there in another week and I hope that
you can accomodate my reservation that I just made. Had a friend who just came back
and said that they couldn’t get a reservation at all. Glad to learn that we can try
and make reservations on the web now. Hope you still have my all time favorite
“El Gauch Steak”! Been raving about it for weeks now!

Visited Aruba in July 2000 and returning in July 2001. Can’t say enough good
things about your restaurant! The staff is great! We ate there twice during
our stay. The kids also had steaks and agreed that they were exceptional!
Henke was our waiter and we enjoyed great conversation with him as well as very attentive
service. We’ll definitely be asking for him again on our return visit this
year.

It wasthe best steak of my life. Any the waiter was very handsome as well.
By far the best in Aruba. Does anybody kjnow the name of the steak dipping sauce,
garlic and olive oil of some type? I think they called it Chumchumchra or something
like this?
