As usual had to have dinner at Elgaucho not once but twice. It’s the
4th time to the island and the 8th time to Elgaucho. It is by far the greatest
steaks I have ever eaten and as usual still waiting for the steak sauce and

We go to Aruba every other year with a rather large group of people
(sometimes as many as 30 people) and we try to get to El Gaucho at least once a
trip, sometimes twice. It’s by far the best steak I’ve ever eaten, and not one
person has ever been disappointed to eat there. We have the Churrasco every
time, and never have to look at menus. El Gaucho is one of our favorite places
in Aruba.

My family (wife, son/wife, daughter/husband were inn Aruba in May
celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. Kids took us to El Gaucho’s for
our anniversary dinner…. Great choice… they’re back in our good graces
again…… The service, ambiance, and all were the best. Food was
outstanding. Our son had his picture taken with one of our waitresses and

Quite possibly the best steak I have ever eaten and Houston is home to
some wonderful steak houses. I loved the Gaucho steak and can’t wait to come
back for another. Everything was top notch. Food, Service, and atmosphere all

My wife, son and I first visited El Gaucho last July, but we were all
sick and could not enjoy our meal there. We were back in Aruba last week
and were determined to return to El Gaucho. There were six of us, and we
ate there twice during our stay. Personally, I do not eat that much steak,
but the Gaucho steak is the finest piece of beef I have ever eaten. On our
second visit of the week, I tried the Argentine Grill, which was also very good.
My opinion is that every visit to Aruba should include at least one visit to El
Gaucho….

Dinner was excellent, the food and service great. However one thing
that was unpleasant was that the singers went to every table in the dining room
except ours. I was there with my Brother and since we were 2 men the singers
skipped our table. The other patrons noticed and some even commented to us about
it. It is almost like inviting a guest(s) to your home then treating them badly.
Even if the person I was with was not my brother people should be treated the
same. It is not as though all the songs were romantic some were definitely not
such as New York, N.Y. Please educate your singers as this turned a nice night
into an unpleasant one.

During the week of 1/2003, my friend and I visited El Gaucho’s in
Aruba. It was an absolutely wonderful experience! My friend
mentioned that he has never tasted a “T-bone Steak” like the one in
this restaurant. He said it tasted like “butter” and continues
to marvel at its outrageous taste. I would definitely recommend this place
and will return in the future when I vacation in Aruba.
