We ate there last week and had a wonderful meal. All entrees
selected by our group, El Gaucho steak, T-bone, Rib eye, Veal chop, and
Argentine grill were excellent. Our service was great with Nancy. We
were wondering if we could get the recipe for the condiment you served with the
meal. I believe it was a mixture of parsley, garlic, red pepper flakes and
???. We would greatly appreciate it because it will remind us of the
wonderful time we had when we prepare it at home!

we were in aruba for our honeymoon and we ate at el gaucho on a
tuesday. we went back to NY the following monday and after we checked in
at the airport, we drove back to el gaucho to have one last meal in aruba!

We have visited Aruba four times within the last two years.
Customarily, the first order of business is to ask the concierge to make
reservations at El Gaucho, not just one night, but two! Hands down, you
serve the most delectable steak I have ever tasted. We tell everyone we
know who plans to visit Aruba El Gaucho’s is a must! We know about 30
people out of 60 who will be visiting Aruba next week and we have told them all

My parents have owned timeshare in Aruba for the past 13 years. Finally this year for
my 16th birthday i got to go down. One night we went to this restaurant, and teh steeak
was fantastic. It was teh best steak i had ever tasted in my life. My parents have gone
