Best steaks on the island by far. While staying at the Marriott Resort, my wife and I had dinner at the "new" Ruth Chris at the Marriott, same ole same ole....go to El Gaucho!!! Great service, food and priced very well.

The best steak I ever ate in my life. There is no where in NJ or NY you can get a steak like the ones you serve. My husband and I eat there at least 4 nights out of the week that we stay in Aruba. Your food is truely the best I ever ate!! I think that is why we come to Aruba almost ever year for our vacation!!

When I visited your site I was a little disappointed to see there was no way to buy your steak and chimmichurri sauces. You should bottle them. You can't get anything nearly as good in the states.

Fantastic. Wish they sold the garlic sauce (garlic/cilantro/parsley - going to try and experiment to make it, the waiter said that it had "11 ingredients"). Nelson @ Garufa (their bar across the street) also makes the best drinks. Wonderful evening! stuminiman@yahoo.com

Thank you for a wonderful experience. The first time we visited your Grill House we had such a great time that we come back every year and bring others with us to enjoy the great food and service. I loved the idea of giving your couples a free bottle of wine on Saturday night. We are planning to come back again this June 21st 2008 just the two of us. I hope the free bottle of wine with dinner is still an option!! I also hope the second floor will be open for dinner......Great Job..!!

We visited last November. Great food! Chocolate cake to die for! We are getting married in Aruba October 30, 2008. We have recommended El Gaucho to all our guests.

Hi! We have been to your restaurant many times and think it is one of the best restaurants in Aruba. All of our meals have been excellent. There is one of your deserts that I think is wonderful and that is the Chocolate Fudge Layer Cake. I would like to make something similar for my family. Could you please tell me what the layers consist of? I know my family would love it.
